Tara graduated with a BSc in Sport and Exercise Science in 2012 and since then she has worked in the health and fitness industries in Ireland, London and Australia. She is a certified Pilates instructor and pre and post natal exercise specialist. Tara is also a fashion enthusiast and works as a fitness and running apparel and footwear buyer.
